Dr. Betsy Blair was an Occupational Therapist for 9 years before returning to school for her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Dr. Blair worked with people of all ages including adult rehab with a specialty in pediatrics, working with children with disabilities. Though she enjoyed being an occupational therapist, Dr. Blair felt like there was more she could offer and always had a strong desire to expand her knowledge and expertise. She especially liked the holistic and natural approach of chiropractic care.
Even after four years of chiropractic college obtaining her degree, she continues to have a strong desire to learn more. She frequently attends seminars to learn more ways to assist her patients. She has her Pediatrics and Webster Technique Certifications as well as being licensed in Meridian Therapy Acupuncture Acupressure. She uses a variety of techniques depending on the individual patient needs. Techniques include traditional chiropractic, Activator, drop table, flexion distraction, S.O.T., B.E.S.T., nutrition, muscle testing, Reiki, electrical stimulation, Attunement, myofascial release, ultrasound, and craniosacral therapy to name a few. She views the doctor patient relationship as a partnership working together to co create optimal health and well being.
